LEGAL

I will meet with you for a no obligation chat with you and your partner.

If you decide I am the celebrant for you, I will meet with you to complete The Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form to be completed at least one month prior to your wedding day. A non-refundable booking fee will be required to confirm the ceremony.

 

You must be over 18 years to marry in Australia

 

I will need to see original identification of your birth certificates or passport if you were not born in Australia

 

You will require two witnesses over 18 on your wedding day

 

Present your wedding certificate on your wedding day

 

I will prepare and lodge the legal paperwork with Birth Deaths and Marriages

 

Forward your official marriage certificate once confirmed with Birth Deaths and Marriages
